I would check with some dry cleaners in your area, you may be able to do tailoring for them and then when you get established you can advertise your services.

Might I recommend you market your skills to local home health agencies, hospitals, hospices and nursing homes? If you can make a set of scrubs for less than what it can be purchased at Wal-Mart, you just might have yourself a business. There is also a need in facilities for pajamas that look normal in the front but tie in the back.
