There are quite a few (probably at least 10) different stores there to do Jewelry shopping. I'd say the district is between Bromfield and Winter Street on Washington Street in downtown crossing in Boston.
Here's a map (and the location of one jewelry place):

Any place will serve you as many courses as you'd like. Five courses specifically? 209 on Columbus Ave does, but I've never been there personally. A few of the places on Tremont offer 5 courses. I think 647 is one of them. Union and Masa are great places and upscale dining. But I don't know if they do 5 courses. I only have been to each once and it was for a 'normal' dinner. (One of them I think I had a Reuben... but they had other upscale entrees) I also wasn't paying attention or looking for 5 courses. o.O You want *real* elegant dining where money is not a concern, then Tob of the Hub in the Prudential Tower. Or pick *almost* any place on Newbury St. If you're looking for old time then you could head out to the Continental on Rt. 1 in Saugus. I haven't been there since 1994, but I've heard from people who have been recenly that it's pretty much the same. You can call them and ask to make sure that they are still offering 5 course meals. (Rush hour = Bad time to go. Plan to go before or after rush hour. On weekends, again avoid the general dinner rush times. - That is unless you enjoy fighting traffic or sitting on Rt. 1. Then by all means go when you'd like.) Mantra offers them, or at least from what I've heard. They're at Temple Place in Boston.
