Prices have risen too fast in recent times, and conditions are right for a correction. Housing prices will decline this summer.

I think most likely housing prices will fall throughout the country. Due to low interest we reached the bubble sometime last spring and wxcept for a few market areas, mostly FL and Las Vegas. The market can't support the current prices.

My sister has a house in Arlington, and a house on Martha's Vineyard. She is convinced that they will keep rising at this point, though I don't know if this is a personal opinion or if she has researched the information.

yeah right around the time gas goes to 5$/gallon, the dollar collapses and the central bank has to raise interest rates to 14%
